I feel like swinging through the air and just being free today. Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I tell everyone to pack up, we're going to the beach. It's always nice to take time for reflection, time to renew, time to yourselves, time for relaxation. I think we all need and deserve. Have a beautiful Sunday.

I could go for a swing that overlooks the city today. Regardless of the cold weather I would spend the day outside pumping my legs, swinging. :)

SO jealous that you are at the beach. But I guess we are cuddling in blankets watching the soft snow fall. I'm sorry you're stressed girl! Enjoy your family!! Love ya girl- btw, you're doing an awesome job with FTLOB. It's exploding rapidly...I wish I had more time to be more involved...but my family demands my time :)

I agree. I dont think I take enough time to recharge sometimes. I miss the beach! That is a great place to relax,
that picture is so freeing. i love it. my sister always says "let's go to mexico" when things get rough...it never ceases to make me smile...and give it a second thought! ha! ;)
