I'm in Love: {&Coffee Talk}

Happy Friday Loves! I got a moment to look at pinterest more in depth and fixed my account a little this morning. And I love the photos and all the inspiring things but am not sure if I'm quite hooked on it, so I'm trying it out and you can click these photos to see where I found them via pinterest.

I LOVE Candy and decor, so how about a Lollipop Tree! Isn't it so cute! and I love prints---i have no idea why people don't link directly to the product, so I'm noticing that that is something I don't like on there. It simply says via etsy, well that is not good enough, ugh!
I wish there was a local farmers market here, been really wanting to go take my own pics of the fruits/veggies and prettiness! These are for today's what i'm in love with and i'm linking up here: come share what you're in love with---

It's been a minute since I posted about coffee, let's share a toast to a good weekend and let's enjoy an iced cold coffee because God knows it's way tooooo hot for warm!
Enjoy a sweet treat too while you're at it. This week my purple hair made me really happy!

Have a Great weekend! xoxo

Yeah Pinterest should totally link back to the actual source. Someone had pinned some of my artwork on there before, and it linked back to all these other sources, none of which were mine. A woman sent me a message on Etsy telling me she had been searching forever for me because she had wanted to purchase the item. The only way she was able to find me was because I had put a copyright notice on the image with my full name (not even my shop name or anything!) I guess she searched Etsy for a while and finally found me. so crazy though, they definitely need to add a way to source the actual creator!

Oh, I could post about my love for coffee EVERY Friday {or everyday for that matter!}. When hubs and I visited some friend in Maine last summer {during the HOTTEST week of summer, mind you} ... I got a great recipe for making your own iced coffee: cooled coffee, ice, and milk {or cream} and blend ... adding sugar to taste. It was delish and so refreshing!

Thanks for linking up :)

Have a fab weekend!

xx Cat

ps. Your purple hair makes me really happy too! I just love it ... and it totally suits your playful personality :)

All I hear is Pinterest everywhere. I just haven't had the time yet to check it out. I'm on Etsy too, and you always think, oh, another place I need to be to be seen, but without links, and no time on my hands, is it worth it?
Great shots!

Pinterest seems like a great resource but somehow I can't get myself into it. I found out randomly that someone had pinned a recipe of mine, but only by complete CHANCE. Attribution is key for anyone creating totally original content, so I'm split on that one :/

Anyway, cute things you've pinned. Love those cupcakes!

i totally agree with you loves, i am not that much into it although i have found some great sites from it---i just get irritated when the pics i want to grab don't link to the product itself, i need to link back to that person not the pinterest or just etsy! so i think i will skip the ones that don't provide proper links and send pinterest a little email because far too many get pinned without proper credit....and i have no idea if they copied the idea from we heart it but that's what i felt like when i searched the site!
